ASDiag & Assistance

Astronics provides a diagnostic software which gives you possibility to troubleshoot seat actuation and IFE systems. You can use it to detect any failure or just to make an health report at any time. Our products are equipped with a maintenance plug giving access to our system with our dedicated tools.

Astronics can support you for assistance worldwide to help you for any maintenance tasks or training of the staff. Experts are also available to help you for troubleshooting or any assistance with Astronics products.

Customers Stock & AOG

Dedicated stock can be kept available on customer request for availability either in Astronics or any other places for a quick LRU replacement at any time. This gives you ability to deal with AOG for your fleets and keep a very high level of efficiency and availability in all conditions.

EASA Part145 Repair Station

Astronics has its own repair station on site for an optimized Turn Around Time. We manage specific spares stocks of components and Products to either repair or exchange your product for a fast repair. Moreover we have dedicated team and bench tests dedicated to this activity so that you can benefit from this highest responsiveness. This is warranty for you to have the best quality services.
