The Freedom Series power lift has been designed to safely remove and install powerpacks from Switchgear regulators. The power lift is available in two versions: one designed for 24” wide switchgear enclosures, the other designed for 36” wide. The lift can accommodate both Ferroresonant and Thyristor powerpacks.

The Freedom Series IRMS measures cable insulation resistance on a scheduled basis or manually when required by maintenance personnel. Additionally, this system automatically monitors for cable degradation and eliminates the risks associated with manually meggering the circuits on a monthly basis. The IRMS is an invaluable tool to assist in troubleshooting problems on the series circuit.

The Freedom Series Resistive Load Bank Tester provides a safe method of testing and calibrating CCRs without using the airfield lighting circuit as a load. By simulating maximum load conditions, load bank testing identifies potential system weaknesses and keeps CCRs within FAA specifications, while protecting fixture lamps from over-current conditions.

The L-847 Circuit Selector Switch is designed to switch the output of a 6.6 or 20A constant current regulator into one or more series lighting loops. Control can be from the CSS (local) or from a control and monitoring system (remote).

The Freedom Series Airfield Lighting Safety Cutout (ALSC) is used to isolate the field circuit from the constant current regulator (CCR) for testing or maintenance. The ALSC replaces the industry standard “S1 Cutout” and provides additional features designed specifically for maintenance personnel.

The Freedom Series ALCMS is a modular, expandable system designed for CAT I to CAT IIIb commercial or military airports. The most complex airport requirements including Surface Movement and Guidance Control (SMGCS) applications are easily handled.

The Surface Movement Guidance Control System (SMGCS) can be added as a modular option to the Freedom Series Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS). Using powerline carrier technology, SMGCS functionality can be added with minimal disruption to airport operations.

The Spirit Series Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) is a modular, expandable control system designed for General Aviation, VFR and CAT I commercial or military airports. Designed using industrial grade programmable logic controller (PLC) technology, the Spirit Series ALCMS is built for the long run and provides airports with high-end flexibility without the additional cost and complexity associated with monitoring features that may not be required.

The Spirit LT Series ALCMS is a modular, expandable system designed for General Aviation and small regional airports. System applications include control and monitoring of runway and approach lighting, taxiway lighting, rotating beacon, wind cone, and apron floodlighting as well as monitoring of diesel-generator and automatic transfer systems.

It also provides automatic verification of contractor or maintenance staff work on series circuits at the end of each work day and is an invaluable tool to assist in troubleshooting problems on the series circuit.

The L-854 Radio Receiver Controller allows any inbound pilot to your field the ability to activate the lighting equipment by simply keying his microphone on the proper VHF frequency. A second and third circuit may also be activated to control the light intensity. Using the receiver/controller, you can activate REIL lights, taxiway lighting and/or other lighting equipment.

The ALFEC, also known as an Airfield Lighting Power Center (ALPC), provides a modular, factory assembled, pre-fabricated steel building complete with diesel generator, fuel tank, automatic transfer panel, constant current regulators and other related switchgear cells, fire suppression system and building services. The ALFEC is designed for outdoor installation and can be located adjacent to airport runways.

The pre-engineered ALFEC is based on a standard ISO shipping container, modified to include a mandoor, insulation, interior walls, ceiling, steel floor and all the electrical equipment required to power the airfield lighting.

The L-823 Complete Kit - Primary Connector Kits - is used to install Isolation Transformers into series circuits, and to make serviceable splice connections or test points in L-824 Airport Lighting Cable on primary power circuits.

Both types of Secondary Connector Kits are used to make serviceable in-field splice connections on both single wires (Style 4 and Style 11) and two conductor cables (Style 5 and Style 12) in secondary lighting circuits. They can be used to assemble a secondary extension, terminate a fixture lead, or connect a transformer secondary lead.

The Heat Shrink Kit is available for use in 2-piece for connections at the isolation transformer or 1-piece for cable-to-cable splices to enclose the entire connection.

The L-830 / L-831 Series Isolation Transformers are used to isolate high operating voltages for constant current airfield lights in a series circuit. They are encapsulated and designed to operate efficiently while submerged in water. They are approved to operate between -55 °C and +65 °C and can be installed above ground, in metal cans or direct buried.
